VARIUS IT has been active in the market for project support and staffing for more than 15 years. We are 100% self-financed and absolutely free from investor interests. At present, we employ approximately 100 internal and external employees in various areas of IT for large companies, in interim management, account management, recruitment & talent acquisition, as well as in contract management and backoffice.

VARIUS IT keeps contact to a network of more than 5000 decision-makers at project sites and in procurement departments with the most distinguished industrial, banking, insurance and retail companies operating in Germany.
Key account managers are focused on named customers and know them very well. Teams of account management and talent acquisition ensure the best possible communication for our customers. Requirements are identified, qualified and delivered in the best possible way, in coordination with the decision-makers in the client company.
Our account managers are supported by the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition department. In close coordination, the right specialists are identified and recruited. This is often successfully done within one or two days with the in-house CRM system >> SKILLselect.com << and a very specialized talent pool of over 40,000 profiles, as well as continious headhunting for IT specialists on all actual platforms.
